The site is a personal, non-profit project (does not make a profit), has an exclusively cultural and educational focus and does not intend to violate anyone’s legal rights. On the contrary, I would very much like to do everything cleanly and honestly, in collaboration with authors and copyright holders. With the goal of building the largest gallery of paintings in the world, it is simply physically impossible to quickly check every painting, so some overlays can really take place. In such situations, I ask you to immediately inform me – if your rights are legal – everything that violates them will be removed from the site as soon as possible, if the legal owner so wishes. Nobody needs problems and quarreling with artists is not in my plans. On the contrary, I invite artists to participate in the work of the gallery, at the beginning of 2011 Articano opened. Articano is a service that allows artists to independently post their paintings in the gallery for all to see and even sell them.
1) If you are the legal copyright holder of the posted artwork, and you consider its presence Not Ok – please contact via our email address below and we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
2) If you are the legal copyright holder of the posted artwork, and you consider its presence is Ok, but with conditions, for example, indicating a link to your official site – similarly, write and your requirements will be implemented as soon as possible.
3) If you are the legal copyright holder of the posted artwork, and you consider its presence is Ok and without conditions- write anyway, I will be grateful to have your official permission to post the digital copy of the artwork in Articano. Just get to know;)
